환경의 대응. 이 단계는 세가지로 이루어진다. 첫 단계는 열, 공기, 빛 등의 자연환경에 대응하는 구체적인 방식을 적극적으로 도입한 생태학적 건축을 설계한다. 두번째 단계는 오픈 스페이스와 녹지 공간을 중심으로 한 건축의 외부공간에서 다루어야 할 환경의 문제를 연습한다. 세 번째 단계는 도시풍결에 대한 방식인 랜드스케이프 아키텍취를 연구한다.
Corresponding to the Environment. This course consists of three steps. The first step is designing an ecological structure which would actively respond to the natural environmental elements such as heat, air and light. The second step is practicing environmental problems associated with the design of outdoor spaces, mainly open spaces and green areas. The third step is studying landscape architecture which is one of the ways of dealing with urban scenes.
이 스튜디오의 목표는 도시를 어떻게 건강하게 늙게 디자인하는가이다.
서울이라는 도시는 만들어진지 900 년 정도 되었으며, 이미 그 성장의 한계에 이른 것처럼 보인다.
인구는 감소하고 가구수는 감소하는 것이 동시에 일어나는 상황에서,
건축가는 도시를 어떻게 디자인해야하며,
미래에 유연한 건축은 어떻게 설계할 수 있을까?
특히 판데믹 이후의 도시 변화에서 '건강'은 어떻게 설계 요소로 환원될 수 있을까?
